For personal training:
I have dedicated space in my home in Rogers Park (Chicago, IL) or we can meet at your gym if they allow outside trainers. In some cases, I may be able to travel to your home, particularly to accommodate mobility issues.
I also have an indoor, heated swimming pool in my building that can be used for optional cardio training.
For wellness and pre-training consultations:
I offer online consults via google meet or in-person consults at my home in Rogers Park.

Starting in August 2026, I am happy to work with children and teens. I can provide copies of my state clearances to work with minors and proof of CPR training for children and adolescents.
For children under 16, a parent or guardian is required to attend the entire session. For children 16 and up, parents/guardians are welcome but not required.
I am happy to discuss my qualifications and experience working with children and teens.

I am committed to helping anyone who wants to work with me regardless of any label, diagnosis, or condition and I will make accommodations to best serve you however I can.
As a queer, trans, neurodivergent, and chronically ill person I am familiar with navigating the world in an “othered” condition but I don’t know what it feels like to be in your body. A large part of my practice is asking questions about how you experience the world and working that information into the programming I design for you.
While I make a good faith effort to meet the needs of every potential client, there may be circumstances where the fit just isn’t there. I will always communicate honestly about what I can and cannot accommodate for any service.

I require that all indoor clients are vaccinated and I have been vaccinated against Covid seven times.
The studio space is in my apartment in a 100+ years condo building. The studio room has 2 large windows that open and a ceiling fan to keep air moving. Exposure to other residents while getting to my unit is extremely limited though not impossible.
I am happy to wear a mask during sessions. However, I do not require that indoor clients wear a mask nor my personal guests. I offer outdoor sessions weather permitting in a nearby park. I am also willing to travel to my clients’ homes or personal spaces on a case-by-case basis.
Every surface in the studio and bathroom are cleaned between clients.

Unfortunately, I do not have a fully accessible studio space.
For individuals who can navigate stairs, there are two ways to enter the apartment. The main entrance has one flight of stairs with fifteen steps, with a landing halfway up. The side door has 9 steps from the street to my door.
I have a dedicated parking spot clients may use about 100 feet from the side door. There is also street parking and many busses that travel up and down Western Ave.
On a case-by-case basis, I will travel to a client’s home or personal space instead of having them come to me. Distance is a factor.
