Cancellations and Rescheduling
I don’t require a deposit to book a session. This allows me to take non-digital payments and maintain more flexibility around scheduling. Please help me out by only scheduling sessions and meetings that you’re sure you can make.
If you do need to cancel, please try to provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
However, life happens! There is no penalty for a last-minute cancellation or rescheduling.
If last minute cancellation and rescheduling becomes a pattern, I may require a non-refundable deposit to book additional meetings or sessions. We’ll discuss this together before making any changes.
Flexible Session Changes
One of the hardest parts of keeping up with a life change is getting through our energetic shifts and cycles throughout the week. Not to mention the practical challenges that can arise with work running late, childcare plans falling through, and physical issues like chronic pain flares and overstimulation. Some days the thought of getting out the door and and going to yet another thing is just too much. I get it! It happens to me too.
That’s why I’m comfortable making last minute changes to the plan. That might mean doing a lower-impact workout, targeting different skills to avoid exacerbating pain, or switching from an in-person session to an online one.

Let’s switch to an online appointment.
-
Heard. Let’s do a low impact workout or a deep stretching session instead.
-
Let’s have a conversation over Zoom about how to support your body right now.
Clients living with chronic illness or pain may take 25% off planned session price for up to 55 minutes of conversation in lieu of a workout.
Bear and I agree that these policies support the people we want to help in a realistic and fair way.
